I watched the video and found it appealing. It doesn’t detail specific steps, so I’m unsure if OpenNebula or a hypervisor is necessary. You mentioned needing Windows, OS X, and Linux across multiple VMs with easy switching between them—especially for gaming, editing, and office work. There should be guides available that explain setting up virtual machines with different operating systems on the same host. I used VirtualBox on my Windows PC, but this setup seems more advanced. Let me know if you’d like recommendations or a tutorial.

Typically individuals rely on KVM for such tasks, with plenty of tutorials available—particularly for Windows. MacOS can be quite challenging to manage. Additionally, achieving near-native speed usually requires a dedicated graphics card for each virtual machine.

I saw someone mentioning Proxmox, but I’m not sure how it works. You can try using it for free, though updates might be a concern. A subscription is usually needed to join their forum. The Enterprise repo isn’t clear—maybe check their official site for details.

She's working with Proxmox, you should look up Proxmox tutorials on YouTube.
