Launch SoftEther, link to the Virtual Hub, select OpenVPN/MS-SSTP settings, then generate a sample configuration for OpenVPN clients. You’ll receive a zipped directory; unzip it and find the README with setup instructions, plus remote and site-to-site files. You need the remote access file—right-click it, open in Notepad, adjust any details as required. For my setup I only modified the "remote" line to match my domain. Rename the file to suit your needs; this name appears in the list when multiple configs are present. Visit the download link for your device: https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/. After installation, a prompt will appear—click it and import the configured file. Then select your username/password from SoftEther, and you’re ready to use.
