Hello, I've set up my W7 gaming rig and am looking to boost its clock speed. This is my first time doing it, so I'm seeking the right configurations. My components include:

- Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3 (rev 2.1)
- Q9550 (2.83GHz, 12Mb L2, 1333Mhz FSB)
- 8GB DDR2 800 (4x2GB sticks – timing not confirmed)
- Plans to upgrade to a 4x2GB DDR2 1066 (5-5-5-15 & 2.0-2.4V) if I can source two more sticks
- Corsair CX550M PSU
- 480GB Kingstone 2.5" SSD
- 2TB Barracuda HDD
- MSI GTX 660 OC

I'm aiming for a smooth R2 Xeon design and hope to upgrade the CPU cooler soon (likely a Hyper TX3 Evo). Anyone here with advice would be great! A stable 3.0–3.2GHz is my goal.
