Running GTX210 on Windows 98 is not possible. Nvidia doesn't provide drivers for that operating system, which means there are no functional graphics support.

I understand, my goal is to set up a 2k and see if it can handle random 95 games.

If you check their website carefully, it seems there isn't a driver available for that card under Windows 7—possibly Windows XP. You might need a more recent graphics card.
