Activate BIOS settings. If the system doesn't start to Windows, clear the CMOS and set manual values for RAM speed, clock speeds, and adjust the voltage by 0.05 to 0.1 as indicated on the RAM package.

Thanks for your response. I attempted this straightforward approach and it ran smoothly without any issues. However, I didn’t notice any significant change. I’m turning off XMP now, pending a clearer assessment of the trade-offs. It seems unlikely to impact my workflow much, but let’s monitor it.

Intel's approach to higher RAM speeds differs from AMD's, though the performance boost isn't as large. If stability is your main concern, consider running a memory stress test. My quick choice would be HCI MemTest, which operates within your operating system, but the widely accepted benchmark is Passmark MemTest86. You can create a bootable USB drive with the necessary instructions and it will complete the full test in about an hour.
