Hey everyone! After spending over two years on Linus, I joined the forum. But I run into a couple of issues with my Windows setup. First, in msconfig under the boot tab, there’s nothing listed for the "system" screen, which stops me from using safe boot. Anyone have tips on fixing that? Second, I’m having trouble updating Windows. I restarted services, cleaned the software distribution folder, but every time I try to update, it fails and says it couldn’t complete the updates or undo changes. Got any suggestions? Thanks!

I don't understand the issue with the screenshot. Please mark "Bezpieczny rozruch", choose "Minimalny", and click OK. After restarting, you should experience a safe boot. Regarding the update problem, roll back any modifications and use (likely) third-party tools or registry edits. If unsure, install OO ShutUp 10 and restore everything in the "Windows Update" section.
