Good morning everyone! I have a bit of a big ask and any help/information even if just pointing me towards somewhere I can find information is very much appreciated! My parents own a small business and need a NAS setup that will automatically backup emails and some information from other programs (such as Pastel) at the end of everyday. I am fairly tech savvy and the quotes to do this are a tad ridiculous so I would like to do this for them. What type of system would I need to do this and what would the process entail exactly? Its a total of 5 machines that need to connect and be backed up on this NAS system. I know I'm asking a lot and any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Aaron7323 Expect all devices to share the same LAN for easier setup. The easiest option is a Synology NAS that handles backups automatically. Use its client app on each PC that requires backup.

As @Falcon1986 mentioned, a Synology NAS is the best choice. Excellent interface and many device choices to suit your requirements.
