Not recommended but... It's quite challenging. Someone is handling 16 monitors. The main point is you don't need huge displays if you're planning a setup similar to the video shown. For showing the same screen across about 8 monitors, a graphics card capable of the resolution you're using should suffice. Just connect display outputs together.

A 1080Ti display can't handle eight monitor ports. It's not working because there aren't enough ports to supply power. The maximum resolution shown is 7680x... it seems unlikely.
