Today my friend asked if I could share this question on the forum. He wants to set up an Outlook account using one email address, and use that same account across two different computers connected via a network. He needs both devices to sync emails—when he deletes an email on one, it should happen on the other too, and when he moves an email to a folder, it should reflect on both machines. If anyone can assist, that would be great! Thanks!

The IMAP protocol is widely used across various email clients. Check if your email service offers IMAP support (such as Outlook, Live, Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo, GMail). Follow the specific instructions from your email provider to add the account in Outlook and ensure everything is set up correctly. Webmail and both Outlook versions will stay synchronized once configured properly.
