I have a 4670k running at 4.3GHz with GTX760. I'm streaming for friends and tried adjusting OBS settings but didn't get the best results. Could you suggest optimal configurations for good picture quality and stable frame rates?

It needs minimal hardware. I used all the settings from "10mbps upload obs configuration" because my upload speed is 10mbps.

Based on the standard you need, aim for a bitrate between 2200-2700 kbps for 720p. You're all set. Quality level 8 works fine, and you can adjust audio settings if desired.
