In short, the only platform offering the Witcher 3 config program needs an account to download, which isn’t a big issue. I’m just as open to creating a free account as anyone else… except that registration is no longer possible anymore. If you have another link for the latest version (0.7.7) or someone with an active account who can upload elsewhere, I’d really appreciate it.
