Hello, I frequently move my desktop computer in a vehicle and I'm curious about whether road vibrations might harm its components.

The vibrations aren't causing any damage. The components were sent to shops using less-than-ideal transport methods. Make sure the GPU and CPU cooler (if it's an air one) isn't putting pressure anywhere. Keep the unit stable—don't lay it flat on its side or take it out.
