Occasionally when I power on my computer, it freezes at the boot screen. But if I shut it down from the power source and restart it, it works properly again.
Also, could you assist me with another issue? Windows 10; Search and Cortana sometimes have problems.

The Cortana search issue can be resolved at least in the short term by utilizing the task manager and terminating the Cortana process. This will initiate a fresh one automatically. Have you considered replacing the USB ports with your keyboard and mouse? You might also attempt a CMOS reset.

Do you have any USB hubs connected? This might lead to POST problems for some users. The Cortana search has a Windows 10 issue, though I haven't noticed it in previous versions.
