My PC operated normally, I removed the power supply to test another machine and then connected it back. When I powered it on, it would briefly activate and then shut off for a short time, repeating this cycle without reaching BIOS or showing any signals. Your components: motherboard ASUS PRIME B360M-A (300 Series), power supply EVGA 500W1 80+ White, RAM Patriot Memory Signature LNDR DDR4 4GB, graphics Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti.

Clear CMOS. Reattach CPU. It seems the PSU might be faulty. You may need a replacement PSU.

inspect every connection, appears the CPU power isn't linked properly. it's a compact PSU with a specific wattage. you might try testing it elsewhere where the overdraw protection is active, which could damage it. once back in your setup, reconnect it carefully.

Inspect every cable. Execute with only RAM, CPU, remount CPU, and repaint it.

Great one man! Buzzing for you, it's great when you get a computer booting up and working after hours, days of messing around, a good buzz.
