I used chatgpt to draft this message for a better explanation of the situation. Here’s a clearer version:

Hey everyone, I’ve been facing a problem with my PC for some time now and need some advice. The system powers on with fans and lights, but it won’t boot or even enter POST mode. I’ve tried several fixes: I replaced the motherboard, swapped RAM from 32GB to 16GB, changed the CPU from Ryzen 7 5700X to Ryzen 5 3600, and tested with a working GPU. The issue still persists. I’ve noticed that when I turn on the PC, the RGB lights on my 32GB RAM stick take about 5–8 seconds to activate. The first time this happened, the PC worked again after two days of being idle, but then the POST problem returned. I’m unsure if it’s a power supply issue or something else I’m missing. Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It makes sense why you chose AI assistance, but let's focus on using just one memory stick. AMD systems can encounter memory training problems occasionally, so this might be the issue here.

Hey, I've also given it a shot on a single memory card with a fresh board, but the problem persists Sad

It's probably a power supply problem. RAM and the PSU often come up first in troubleshooting. P.S. I couldn't come up with a better way to say that, hehe.

You're confused about how your PSU behaves after being installed. It seems to post when exposed but stops when placed back inside. This could be due to hardware settings, power management, or environmental factors. Check the documentation for your specific model and consider testing it in different conditions.
