I'm struggling to understand what's going on. My computer crashes after playing for a few minutes in demanding games like Tarkov, Squad, or War Thunder, but it works fine with less intense titles. The odd thing is that it shuts down while the fans are still running.

Details about the setup:
- CPU: Ryzen 3700X
- GPU: EVGA NVIDIA 1660 SC Ultra Gaming
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB at 3200Mhz each
- Power supply: Cooler Master MPY-7501 750W Gold+
- Storage: Crucial P1 1TB (Nvme m.1) plus two Kingston SSDs
I've kept all components brand new for about a year.

I've tried cleaning the case, re-seating cables, checking fans, applying fresh thermal paste to CPU and GPU, restoring Windows to before the problem began, stress-testing with OCCT, reinstalling Nvidia drivers via DDU, and using Event Viewer which reported a critical error in the kernel power section with no data.

I've also tried another PSU and reinstalled Windows cleanly, along with updating the BIOS.

Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this?

Have you restored the motherboard BIOS to its original settings?
