Computer shuts down yet cooling fans continue and lights remain bright.
I'm dealing with an issue on my Dell XPS 12 9q23 laptop. I wait around 20 seconds to check, then hold power for about 7 seconds which turns it off. It's been happening for a while now, and the fan spins fast while both the power and keyboard lights stay on. After sitting it for days without turning it off, I'm not sure what to do.
