My build was originally in an nzxt h5, but I recently changed everything to a hyte y60. I've kept all components except for the new MB, and never faced any issues before. During the MB installation, I had to update the BIOS which worked fine, and I installed Windows 11 (the previous version was 10). The only changes were in the case. While gaming, if I click the Microsoft button to switch apps, my computer sometimes freezes completely, requiring me to power it off. This happens occasionally, not always. I ran a RAM diagnostic and everything checked out without problems. I'm unsure what might be causing the issue and don't know where else to look. Any advice?

I've carried all parts over besides installing a new MB.
So you used different motherboard, as opposed to the one in your H5?
I had to update bios which went smoothly
Did you clear the CMOS after you'd verified that the BISO was successfully flashed to the latest version?
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
