Computer shows distorted picture, USB functionality affected
I was planning to share updates about my computer problems, such as USB WiFi cards losing connection due to high bandwidth usage and slow wireless peripherals. However, a more serious problem has appeared. The boot screen, BIOS, and Windows all display a red tint with yellow dots. Windows loads briefly but then freezes endlessly at the login screen. This occurred after I removed the graphics card. Without it, no output was possible.
I suspect these issues might be signs of a failing motherboard. Here are my specifications:
MOTHEBOARD: Gigabyte B365M D3SH
CPU: i5-9600K
RAM: 2x 8GB EvoPoenza Ryzen
SSD: 1x 512GB M.2, 1x 512GB SATA SSD
Please let me know if you need anything else!
Check how your monitor links to your PC—HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA? Remove it and reinsert the cable to ensure a stable connection.
Gosh, I really don't understand.
I changed the HDMI connection but it didn’t work, so I switched to another cable. It seems my old cable stopped functioning, which is why everything works now. I’m still dealing with the USB problem, but I’ll create a separate thread for that. Thanks a lot!
