Lately (as of yesterday) every time I power off my computer in hibernate mode, it restarts after about 15 minutes. I searched for the problem and followed all the advice given—like disabling fast startup, using the power troubleshooter, adjusting sleep settings, and changing power plans—but my machine still wakes up. The issue only appears when I shut down completely, not during a hibernate session. Also, after turning off the computer yesterday, the problem persisted, so it doesn’t seem to be linked to a long shutdown. I haven’t made any recent changes to my settings, which makes me really puzzled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the bios for wake settings.
You might be using wake on LAN by default.

Could there be a feline roaming across your keyboard?
