Hello, I understand your situation. When I powered down my PC, the monitor stopped working and all fans seemed active, yet when I restarted it booted up normally. Windows Pro version 10.0.19041.329. I tried several steps—shutting down quickly, using CMD to reboot, disabling hibernation—but nothing helped. I also checked the system for any internal issues and updated the GPU drivers and Windows. It looks like the system entered sleep mode instead of shutting completely. The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, motherboard MSI B450 Tomahawk, GPU Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060, power supply EVGA 700W, and storage Western Digital M.2 SATA. I’ve noted all the details carefully. I’m really stressed about this and have been dealing with it for two days. No one online seems to have a clear solution. They remain active for an extended duration, possibly due to the power supply issue. I attempted to force shut it down, but no changes occurred; everything continues to function.
