Hello, my computer was assembled approximately two years ago.
AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
MSI A350M motherboard
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
1TB HDD
8GB dual-channel RAM
When viewing performance benchmarks, individuals with identical configurations consistently achieve higher frame rates than I do, such as in Overwatch where I typically experience 80-90 frames during team fights. This is disappointing considering the investment made in my system.
Thank you, Jack
Furthermore, all drivers are current.

What type of RAM? Is the CPU running at its default settings?

Evaluate your device with www.userbenchmark.com. Access the results displayed after running the test, then share the URL that appears.

Please check your RAM; it’s currently set to 2133 MHz with poor timings. Access the BIOS and activate XMP/DCP/A-XMP – whatever term your motherboard uses.

Verify that Precision Boost is enabled in the BIOS. It's presently averaging 3.55 GHz, often indicating either this feature is disabled or the CPU is overheating.

Furthermore, you’re seeing a 24% CPU utilization from background processes. Re-run the test with no other applications open.

My profiles display one stick of RAM operating at 2400MHz and the other at 2133MHz.

I’m unable to locate a Precision Boost feature, and I suspect my motherboard doesn’t support overclocking.

The speeds must remain consistent.

Indeed, your motherboard permits boosting each of them except for those based on the a320 chipset.
