Computer malfunctions unexpectedly, cause undetermined.
Hello gaming community,
I recently obtained a secondhand desktop computer from a colleague who seldom used it. Leveraging Black Friday discounts, I purchased a brand-new solid-state drive which permitted me to install Windows, as the original drive contained Linux and prevented switching to a different operating system. Today I also installed a wireless network adapter into my motherboard. However, issues have arisen at this point. When launching games, they perform flawlessly with excellent frame rates and no problems whatsoever. However, during gameplay, the game or my entire computer will frequently freeze or shut down. This instability does not manifest when simply using the system in a standard capacity. Do you have any suggestions regarding this problem and potential solutions? Interestingly, as I was completing this message, the computer unexpectedly crashed – hilarious!
