Computer shows high CPU usage, fans increase and USB ports switch on and off. Display remains active but the machine halts for a brief moment. CPU load reaches 70% to 90%. BIOS was recently updated. Specific parts: Ryzen 5 3600 processor, NVIDIA 2070 graphics card, Super Motherboard from Asus B450, G Skill Trident RGB case, 16GB SSD, Samsung Evo 970 Plus, 1TB M.2 SSD, Crucial MX 500GB drive, Corsair Hx750i power supply, NZXT H510 case fan added.

No, the task manager doesn't specifically show which process is causing the random high CPU usage. It typically lists all running processes with their resource consumption.

I checked the CPU usage with the nzxt monitoring app and then opened Task Manager.
