My computer frequently crashes during gameplay or when running Prime95, freezing instead of functioning properly. Raising the voltage doesn't resolve the issue.

It seems your CPU is overheating. Run speedfan (http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php) and check the CPU temperature.

It seems your CPU is running hot. Consider using speedfan (http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php) and check the temperature. Your setup with a Corsair H110i GT keeps temps low, below 50°C during games and around 55°C on Prime95 after some time. Maybe a slight voltage adjustment could help.
