Did you verify the event viewer? Also, does it perform the same function when you exit in safe mode?
windows 10 home, I closed it from the menu in the bottom left corner. It's a PC. I have an intel i7 11700k, nvidia rtx 3070 ti founders edition, asus rpg strix z590-e gaming wifi, 32 gb corsair ddr4 vengeance rgb pro running at 3200mhz and an 850w corsair power supply.
