Computer freezing with no display System hangs on an empty blue screen
My computer, after the HP logo is complete, displays a blank blue screen and remains there. The RAM has been upgraded or replaced, followed by a full reset and a fresh install of Windows 10. There seems to be a method to bypass the blank screen and reach the desktop. Please assist me. Updated: The system functioned before and after the RAM change, which was required for gaming and compatible with my setup. It would freeze when idle for extended periods, especially during sleep, often needing a restart. I believed a reset would resolve this and reinstall Windows, but it still shows the HP logo. I can still view settings like system restarts and check BIOS. I even reinstalled the previous RAM, yet the issue persists...
