I've been facing this problem for a few days now, and it got much worse today. My PC would occasionally freeze with unexpected lag, like 40 frames per second in games such as Minecraft and Valorant while using 80% of the GPU. Now that I restarted my computer, everything is frozen except my mouse, which still opens apps but doesn't load properly, and I can't turn it off.

Additionally, the power button on my case doesn’t shut it down; only the direct PSU switch does.

I own an AMD Ryder 7 5800x3d with 8 cores, an RX 7700xt, and 16GB DDR4 RAM. My setup prevents installing CrystalDiskInfo or running disk tests since the system can’t access Google, and despite a 16GB internet connection it fails to download or upload properly.
