Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

I'm experiencing persistent issues with my gaming PC – it frequently forces sleep mode while playing games like Teamfight Tactics. This started within a week of building it, and I suspect a thermal problem. Initially, I thought it was the thermal paste, so I replaced it after noticing the issue during a TFT game. After that, I managed to play one full game before the problem reappeared within two minutes of playing another game. The night before this started, I played Overwatch for several hours and left my PC running overnight with the monitor off. Now, I'm concerned it might be forcing Power Save instead of Sleep, though I’m unsure about the difference. I’m worried I’ve damaged my PC and am seeking advice on what to do next.

The latest drivers for your GPU, if not, download and update. If you DO have the latest drivers, try one or two older versions first. The quickest way to rule out software issues is to reinstall Windows. I would strip all non-essentials from the computer. Remove all but one RAM stick, remove the GPU and let the on-board graphics chip handle the display for now, remove any secondary hard drives, and anything else like PCI cards, and USB attachments. Try running on bare minimum. Even Overwatch should run (at extremely low FPS on low settings) on integrated graphics. Just load up the training room and let it sit for a while.

I'm going to see if Reinstalling Windows will work. I've had some friends recommend the same thing. If that doesn't work I'll check everything else. Thank you for the help!

I reinstalled Windows, changed fan speeds to max and it still happens.
After double-checking the code in the manual, its forcing Sleep State S4 (Hibernation).
Does anyone know what causes this? I don't think it can be overheating since my computer's air flow seems very good.

This document discusses the issue of Windows 10 laptops not resuming from hibernation after a period of inactivity, and offers potential solutions. The problem often occurs when the laptop hasn't been used for an extended time (typically around 2 minutes) and fails to wake up properly. Several factors can contribute to this, including incorrect power settings, corrupted hibernation files, or issues with the graphics driver.

Something I just checked (and am currently testing) is I lowered the RAM speed. My max ram speed (before overclocking) is 3600 MHz and I lowered it to 3400 MHz. That lowered my CPU temp by about 20 degrees C. This fix is working at the moment

Good to hear. Hopefully that was the issue.

I just noticed that my BIOS was not updated. Could that possibly be part of the issue? In addition to this I am reinstalling all of the drivers.

Always a possibility, but overlocking is usually the main issue.
