I’m considering upgrading my PC recently. I’m using an HP All in One with 8GB RAM, dual-core CPU, and a 1TB SSD. It handles video editing and some gaming, but I need better performance. Looking for suggestions on RAM, CPU, and GPU options under $200 in the US.

I just reread the thread and realized I misread it. For 200 bucks you could get an Optiplex if you're okay with a 3770. Regarding the GPU, it would be tough to fit within the budget.

I’m not overly concerned about the GPU; focus is mainly on CPU, RAM, and motherboard.

Right now I'm considering getting an Optiplex. Usually they charge about 150 dollars for a 3770-based setup.
