My computer functioned normally yesterday but stopped after turning it off. Now it fails to power on completely. The motherboard displays an RGB light. No error codes appear. System details: - CPU: 5800x3d - RAM: 2×32gb oloy owl - GPU: gigabyte 4070 ti super - Power supply: cooler master v850 A few attempts were made: - Reset CMOS via the motherboard button - Use the start button on the unit - Connect to another power source - Install a fresh PSU - Disable the start switch pin before testing a new PSU. Interestingly, briefly using the start button allowed it to boot a couple times, but then it returned to an unresponsive state. I’m seeking guidance since I’m unsure what might be causing this issue. Could you suggest further tests or checks? Your advice would be greatly appreciated!

Typically these signs point to a failing motherboard. Let's try to eliminate that possibility. Do you have any backup CPUs—ideally integrated graphics units—or extra RAM available?

Are you attempting to start it without a GPU? That’s unusual for these CPUs. Please confirm if I’m misunderstanding. Then, test the RAM one at a time—see if any messages appear during boot. (You know the code 00 usually works.)
