Performing an upgrade with new components but facing boot issues and BIOS failure. Power button flickers, fans are running, RAM seems misplaced, only one stick used, GPU re-seated, CPU and GPU power checked, replaced them. Looking for possible causes. Thanks for any advice.

Consider removing all front panel links and using a screwdriver to touch the "pwr" pins—this might resolve the problem.

I resolved the issue by repositioning the CPU back into its socket and gently adjusting it to ensure proper connection.
