initially the motherboard lights didn't activate, fans started spinning when I powered on the PC. The yellow indicator light on the motherboard turned off after I tried to turn it back on. This repeated when I changed the RAM slot and re-seated it in the same position. Plugging in the HDMI cable also failed—first it went into the GPU port, then I had to reset BIOS, but nothing worked. No POST messages appeared at all.
