I've upgraded my HP Elite 8200 to its maximum settings about seven months ago. Recently, I encountered an issue where turning it on causes the fans to reach their highest RPM and remain at that level until I power it off. After restarting, the system either locks me out or shuts down after ten minutes. If you have a solution to this problem, please share it here. This is my only computer, and I rely on it for work tasks. Thank you.

I own an i7 2600 with 16GB RAM, using either 2 or 4 PCIe slots. My AMD RX 6400 4GB SFF is also compatible, even after gently shaking the PC or tapping it—other than swapping the SSD and HDD cables, which I hadn’t done.

I attempted it but it doesn't post even after adding both items. It seems one of them might be faulty, so I'm sticking with 8GB. Thanks for the assistance.
