After my computer stopped working about a week ago, I restarted it hoping it would stop not showing. It displayed a dram light after the CPU light blinked once. When I removed one of the RAM sticks, it worked, but putting the old one back didn’t help. After taking both out and using the original one, it still wouldn’t start. Anyone have tips for this issue?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide your complete system details. Please list the specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Do not install the RAM unless you follow the motherboard manual—typically, two sticks go into slots A2 and B2. If using one stick, use slot A2.

Ensure the RAM is securely seated.

Did you refresh the bios for the Ryzen 7 5800X? It seems the board requires an update to work correctly with the B450 Tomahawk Max. (This is something I noticed today after experiencing RAM problems.)
