I purchased and set up a new GPU card, but after turning my PC back on it keeps looping to BIOS at startup. I tried reinstalling the old card, yet the issue continues. Enabling CSM results in a MBR 1 error, while disabling it causes the system to loop back to BIOS. The boot drive functioned properly before the GPU installation, so there’s no problem with it. My current hardware specs include a Z790 AORUS Elite AX motherboard, an i5-12600 Intel processor, and an ASUS GeForce RTX 5070 GPU.

I think something might have been disconnected while installing the GPU.

Both the HDD and SSD appear in the boot order list. The issue is that the MBR isn't being recognized. I'm attempting to obtain a Windows OS copy to perform an MBR repair.

Well, it seems like something unexpected happened during the GPU setup. The system altered the boot sequence of the drives by chance. When I simply swapped them without any specific reason, it resolved the problem. Crisis avoided. Thanks to everyone who responded.
