Regarding your BIOS, there are pending updates;

The newest version is 7.01. After flashing to this latest BIOS, reset the CMOS and then attempt using two RAM sticks as mentioned in my earlier post. Turn on X.M.P and check if stability returns. If so, power down, install the two RAM sticks, and verify booting into the OS GUI.
It’s possible it could be your processor since you’re running the 13th generation.
Well flashed bios managed to reach 6000 but the clock remains stuck at 6400... Those sticks are also on the QVL, not sure why I'm facing this problem. Should I buy new RAM? They don't sell that brand in packs of four, otherwise I would have just bought it. 6000 is still fast, though I paid for 6400.
Did the QVL state that your RAM needs to be stable only after installing 2 DIMMs?
It's typical when you install 4 sticks, you have to give up some XMP performance. It's similar to placing four heavy football players into a small car and discovering its top speed is reduced.
Run all 4 sticks at XMP 6000MT/s using MemTest86+ that's booted from a USB stick. Let MemTest86+ complete a full test (which could take several hours if you have 64GB).
If 4 sticks pass the MemTest86+ run at 6000MT/s, try 6200MT/s.
If 4 sticks fail the test, lower the XMP by 200MT/s increments until stability is achieved.
RAM might not always reach its advertised speed in every possible setup of motherboard and CPU, particularly if you install RAM that wasn't bought as a set of four matched DIMMs. Even pairs with identical part numbers can differ in secondary or tertiary timings, and these variations matter when overclocking.
