Your computer is behaving oddly. The Wi-Fi was connected to your home internet before, but it suddenly dropped and the wireless card lost connection. You've tried power cycling the PC, updating drivers, restarting the router, and resetting the network settings. The issue seems to affect only your PC, while other devices still work fine.

Are there any wireless connections detected by your card? Is it listed in Device Manager? Would you like Windows to erase your home network settings and start fresh?

It notices my neighbors across the street but can't see my home internet or the Wi-Fi extender. It appears in DevManager, but the changes don't take effect.

Navigate to the router configuration and disable the display of the hidden WiFi network name.

On the router. If your PC's WiFi card isn't dual band, ensure your router supports the band your card uses.
