Hi All,
It's been a while since I started playing the game... things have changed a lot. There are now so many more choices available. I'm currently using an i7 4690k and a 980ti with dual 1080p monitors, so upgrading is essentially the norm.
I'm planning to invest around £2000-£3000 for a complete new build, including two fresh monitors (1440p at 165hz). This is mainly because of a monitor problem and the overall age of my system. My current specs probably won<|pad|> to support dual 1440p at a high refresh rate.
My main use is for work (development) and casual gaming like League of Legends. I don't play many AAA games, but I'd like the option to.
Could you please share some PC Part Picker recommendations?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Please stylize your post with info asked of in this therad; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. and the community can chime in with constructive feedback.

The setup details remain unclear, leaving some aspects uncertain. For improved guidance, consider specifying the programs used. There’s no certainty about storage requirements or whether the case should feature RGB lighting. It could be a straightforward build offering significantly better performance than what you currently have. (Note: The i7 4690K is not a valid i5 model; the 4790K is the correct variant.)

Some benchmark results for the 4790K graphics card and CPU:
