Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my update. I’m facing some problems with my PC that seem to happen unexpectedly. It’s a Windows 10 system and it first freezes, turning the screen mostly black with red and blue areas where game elements appear. During games like Rust or Counter Strike, the map and items show those colors. Now it keeps crashing into BSODs when I’m just browsing or watching videos. I’m not sure how to figure out what’s causing this or how to fix it. From what I recall, the error messages were about System Exception (NFTS.sys), possibly related to read-only memory issues and something about values being too low. Once it starts, the computer keeps rebooting, saying things are corrupted. There was a time when I opened BIOS and the bottom half looked glitched, similar to during gameplay. I’m really unsure what’s going on or how to troubleshoot this. If anyone has any ideas, it would be super helpful. I rely on my PC for work and need it fixed before tomorrow... Thanks a lot!

Hello, welcome to the forum. First, regarding the BSOD please read this: It can help you to get more information about the specific error you are encountering, which even if you don't understand it might help people here figure stuff out. My first thoughts: From your description of the errors and behaviour it could be memory related. To check this, if you have two sticks of RAM in your system (2x8 GB I would assume) you can remove one and see whether the problem persists. Then check the other one. You might even want to check all the slots one by one with a single stick of RAM in the system, as it might be that the traces/connector on the motherboard is broken or the memory controller for one of the channels is bad. Otherwise, you can run Memtest86 to check for errors. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memtest86 You can use a tool like crystaldiskinfo to check the health of your SSD Otherwise, without more detailed information it is hard to recommend much more than swapping parts for known good ones to see if you can isolate it that way. I know this is frustrating, but we need detailed and specific information on error messages to have a chance at helping. So please try to be as specific as possible (take photos or write down the exact error message etc.).

You're looking for the dump files, likely from a RAM storage.
