the GPU fans weren't working and the screen wasn't showing anything, but my Discord and Steam stayed online after turning on the PC. I tested the GPU on another machine and it functioned properly. It seems there might be an issue with the power supply. I used a DVI port, but it didn’t work; the cable and monitor were fine. The PSU I have is Cooler Master MWE 450 - 450W 80+ which isn’t even bronze rated. That suggests the power supply could be faulty. I know some GPUs have a temperature threshold that triggers fan operation, but in my case the fans always activate after startup. I tried reseating the RAM and clearing CMOS, but nothing changed. I only bring my GPU to a friend’s place, which is all I had information about—my GPU is GTX 1650SUPER from MSI.

It turns out the issue lies with the PCI-E port on the motherboard.
