Complex issue involving a laptop.
Hello, I’m dealing with a peculiar issue on my ASUS N73Jn laptop. It runs an i5 450m processor, has 8GB RAM, a GT 335M chipset, and uses a Samsung EVO 840 SSD with 120GB. On Windows 10 (versions 1903, 1909 and even 2004), the system freezes unexpectedly, showing blue screens and errors like 0x8007025D. After a fresh install, the crashes stopped, but they still occur intermittently. I’ve tried several fixes: reinstalling Windows 10, changing thermal pastes, adding more RAM (now 2x4GB), running memtest, checking the SSD with CHKDSK, swapping RAM and HDD slots, reformatting the SSD, updating drivers, cleaning the RAM and SSD contacts, and even using a different USB driver. The SMART tool and Samsung diagnostics say everything is fine. I haven’t seen a new blue screen since the last clean install, but I’ll share any details if you notice anything.
Do they need to respond to your inquiry?

I’m assuming the newest Windows 10 updates aren’t compatible with this older laptop, since the latest support is limited to Windows 7. The Asus website still lists versions from around 2011.
I’d attempt to turn off some less important features in Windows 10, such as LAN and the webcam, to better view what I’m looking at.
Looking at the results, three units didn't work. Should I go ahead and replace the CPU?
