Recently, I experimented with this ITX once more, upgraded to a higher-quality 9600x, reassessed the performance of the 9070, and then confirmed the stability of the overclock during the summer months.

CPU Undervolting
Because the CPU had to fit within an A4 ITX enclosure, I adjusted the PBO settings without raising the maximum frequency. Instead, I set the PBO Limits according to the motherboard specifications. After that, using Hydra, I performed a per-core undervolting analysis on the CPU.

The findings were:
-39 -42 -44 -44 -41 -50
Following these numbers, I increased each value by 5 and entered them into the BIOS’s PBO Curve Optimizer. Within the Curve Shaper, I added an extra 15 to the minimum and low frequency ranges to avoid crashes under light load.

Once the graphics card was fully loaded and the case’s top fan maintained a steady 70% speed, I executed the r23 benchmark. The result was a score of
16389, without overheating or excessive noise. The system remained largely quiet throughout.

Graphics card Overclocking
In the AMD driver, I made these adjustments to the graphics card:
- Lowered core voltage by 90mV
- Set memory timing to fast with a frequency of 2700
- Raised power limit by +10%
- Fixed fan speed at 2000 RPM

These changes helped boost performance while maintaining stability. At this stage, the 3dmark Timespy score for the 9070 exceeded that of the 9070xt when using Samsung memory, surpassing the 5070ti (only in benchmark). The power consumption stayed at 269W under full load. The final GPU score reached
29137, and it operated silently.

Surprisingly, the system achieved a "Cool under pressure" result during the 3dmark Timespy test.

In Cyberpunk 2077, by switching from upscaling to Optiscaler from XeSS to FSR4, enabling quality-level upscaling, medium ray tracing, disabling path tracing, and setting graphics to high, the game ran smoothly at a consistent 60 FPS in 4K resolution.
