I’m experiencing a lot of frustration right now. My phone isn’t working well, and I haven’t used my computer in a while. When I try to log back in, it’s always running at full speed with no clear reason and nothing visible. It takes a lot of time just to open Windows and enter my name. I’m really hoping things will improve so I can use my device again.

In the task manager, look at the details section. You should see which programs are consuming CPU power. If you haven’t used it recently, it could just be busy downloading Windows updates.
