I generally look at upper safe limits for DRAM around 1.45V and 1.2V for SoCs. I plan to manually enter XMP timings and voltages from CPUZ on the RAM sticks to test. My first-generation IMC is considered quite weak, and I'd prefer something at least 2933 or higher. I'm lucky my unit ran at 3200, but it might be near the stability limit.
