I believe Newegg imposes a restocking charge for all returns, even if you successfully block delivery to save on shipping fees. I haven’t experienced this issue before.

When I request a refund, I’m directed to the replacement area. I have to wait for them to arrive at my location and collect the item myself. I don’t have a printer for the return form. Also, the call centers aren’t open until Monday. Frustrating.

I don’t remember the recipient details, but if it’s FedEx (probably not UPS), you can decline the delivery after it arrives by collecting the package at a FedEx site. Otherwise, you’ll need to stop the drop-off and inform the driver you want it refused, and UPS will handle it for free.
