No, LGA1155 Xeons are not compatible with the Fujitsu D3162-B1 Motherboard (Q77 chipset).

Review the section on "Processors." It primarily features consumer-level CPUs such as Celeron, Pentium, i3/i5/i7. For more options, consult Intel's listings: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...ipset.html. Select "Compatible Products" and note that Xeon isn't available there.
