I own an H61H2-AD Mobo with a listed max TPD of 65W. The second generation i7 or i5 would be better for an upgrade, but I need to check if that’s possible or if I should just install the 95W version.

It’s a pretty poor board, what’s your budget? It can technically run it, but I wouldn’t risk it with a 3770/2600.

A 2600k is comparable to a sandy bridge; LGA 1555 or similar parts won’t exceed that. What’s your exact budget?
