For another point, I’m a bit concerned about purchasing a motherboard with an older chipset like B450 for an X470 and not an X570—will it work out of the box with a Ryzen 3rd generation? Also, have newer chipsets always come with updated BIOS updates, or was this problem limited to the Ryzen 3rd generation launch? Lastly, does investing in a newer chipset justify the additional cost you’d face? Let me know!
