They mentioned that all their motherboards can handle 256GB RAM, but the highest limit for each part is actually 48GB, according to the latest update from April 2025.

Yes, but it runs at a slower speed while utilizing all four memory slots. This shouldn't cause any issues with the 5600MHz.

That is a 128GB set not 256GB.
Using 2 sets it might not work together.
Why would you need 256GB of memory?

I received a call from MSI Tech regarding the board support. They confirmed it can accommodate 256GB, which means up to four 64GB modules at 5600Mhz, paired with the Ryzen 7 7700X CPU. The QVL doesn't list 64GB modules since they haven't been officially tested by MSI.
